The location and the view of the sea is very good. My suite room is quite big..

On the first day, we ordered eggs for breakfast and they were cold. Coffee is instant coffee. We also had dinner (Boodle) and we did not like it, soup is terrible, crispy pata is over fried, noodles is tasteless, the only good thing is the Sisig, we hardly touched the heap of rice.. The staff like to play loud music until late evening. The big airconditioning unit in my room, I can not switch off/on.. Water supply in the room is very low. Cleanliness should be taken seriously, it is dusty in every corners, the wooden cabinet is whitish due to molds.. Generally, the management of this place should be taken seriously.

The staff was so friendly.

This is not a resort nor a hotel. It might be called a motel also it doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating . The rooms furniture were very old and it is full of insects. They don’t serve dinner on the restaurant. I planned to stay 3 nights but I stayed only 1 night.

Quiet Good hot shower

Room has no cable TV. Only local free to air Tagalog stations Staff need to learn that the customers/guests shouldn't need to search for them. The hotel is miles from everything and you can't get to anything except by trike or van. There are cats roaming around the dining/bar area which is not good for peopke with cat allergy or phobia They did not have everything on their menu Wi-Fi and internet were terrible and nearly non-existent. Nothing in the room. Had to ask for towels to be put in our room Coffee was just hot water with instant coffee, creamer and sugar sache, yuk! They don't provide lunch so if you want to eat they drop you at Robinson Mall.

It was quiet and the shower was nice and hot

No cable TV In the room. No towels until we asked for them. Cats hanging around the dining area. Mosquitoes everywhere with no repellent. Far from everything. Poor service.

Once upon a time - i am sure it was good.

Once upon a time - i am sure it was good. But invisible management let Staff do what they want.

We change name of this place. This is Marina de Pay - everything you need for your breakfast is Add on! Word "Breakfast included" is worthless here. If you want room be cleaned - you need ask always.

Cute Room with a beautiful view

The amazing view and decoratIon of the room. The service was sensational from the lobby to the kitchen, the Spa ladies and the friendly tuk tuk driver. The food was great and We still miss the chicken, the buko milkshakes and the delicious banana na nik! the hotel itself has a personality that stays with you.

They have to get rid of the stray cats as well as the trash that washes in from the tide on the way to the boat house.

Expecting an infinity pool...

The rooms were great and spacious! We rented a loft type brick villa for 3 persons, but the room was good enough for 7 persons! It had a queen size bed, a pullout bed, and 3 single beds upstairs. The comfort room was very clean (and spacious as well). Hot shower is working.

The infinity pool was not really "infinity". The water level was low, when we asked for the pool to be filled up, there was not enough water coming out. The jacuzzi was not part of the in-house amenities, you have to pay 100 per half hour to use it. Waterfalls was not functioning as well. The free buffet breakfast could have been better, but considering the price we paid, it was a good value for money.
